Electrical work for your home, described plainly
Each of our three services is defined clearly — what it covers, how it proceeds, and what it costs. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Back to HomeHow every visit is handled
Regardless of which service you've booked, the underlying approach remains the same. We prepare before arriving, work methodically on-site, explain what we observe, and leave you with a written record. The pace is guided by what the job needs — not by how quickly we can move to the next appointment.
Before the visit
We review your notes from the booking, confirm timing, and arrive with the right tools and materials for the planned work.
During the visit
We work through the scope, explaining observations, discussing options where they arise, and inviting questions throughout the process.
After the visit
Testing is completed, the workspace is tidied, and written notes are handed over. Follow-up questions are welcome at any time.
Household Electrical Walkthrough
A careful, unhurried visit during which the technician accompanies you through each room — reviewing outlets, switches, lighting points, and connected appliances while noting what's observed. The emphasis is on shared understanding: we describe what we see, answer questions at your pace, and leave written notes you can revisit. Minor adjustments, such as a loose socket or a problematic switch, are often handled during the same visit.

Fitting & Fixture Installation
Installation of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, wall lights, and related fittings — with attention to clean finishing and proper electrical connection. The service begins with a conversation about fitting choice and placement, followed by preparation of the mounting location, wiring connection, and secure installation. We work with fittings from utilitarian to decorative, including those brought from overseas or sourced through interior designers. Clean-up is thorough and every installation is tested before we leave.

Those replacing existing fittings, furnishing a new unit, renovating lighting, or working with designer or imported fixtures that require careful handling.
Main Panel Work
Focused attention on your home's main distribution board, including inspection, testing, cleaning, and — where appropriate — upgrading of individual components such as MCBs, RCDs, or the main switch. We work methodically, discuss what we find, and present options rather than prescribing a course of action. Different households have different priorities, and we respect that. A clear written summary and updated panel labelling are included. Duration depends on panel size and scope but typically falls between three and five hours.
What this service covers
- Full visual and functional inspection of distribution board
- Testing of MCBs, RCDs, and main switch
- Cleaning of board interior
- Component upgrades discussed and performed where agreed
- Updated, clear circuit labelling
- Written summary of findings and work done
Process steps
- 01.Safe isolation and initial assessment of board condition
- 02.Systematic testing of each circuit and component
- 03.Discussion of findings and options before any intervention
- 04.Agreed work completed; board cleaned and labelled
- 05.Written summary reviewed with you; supply restored and verified
Homeowners experiencing unexplained tripping, those whose panel hasn't been inspected in several years, or anyone preparing a property for sale, rental, or renovation.

Shared across all services
Isolation before every intervention
No live work. The relevant circuit or supply is isolated before any hands-on work begins. This is non-negotiable regardless of the scope.
Calibrated test equipment
We carry and use insulation testers, clamp meters, and circuit identifiers on every visit. We don't rely on visual inspection alone for anything that can be measured.
MS IEC 60364 compliance
Work is conducted in accordance with the Malaysian Standard for electrical installations in buildings. Our team's certifications are current and renewed as required.
Clean-up as standard
We remove debris, pack all tools, and leave the work area as we found it. Not an optional extra — a basic expectation of every job.
Written record on departure
A summary of findings and completed work is prepared and left with you. For panel visits, this includes updated labelling information.
Client information handled with care
Home and personal details shared during booking are used only for the purpose of your visit. They are not shared with third parties.
