The value of electrical work done thoughtfully
When a tradesperson leaves your home, you should feel more confident than before they arrived. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Back to HomeWhat you can count on
Written records of every visit
At the end of each job, you receive handwritten or printed notes covering what was observed, what was done, and anything worth watching. These are yours to keep — not filed away with us.
Explanation as standard
We don't work in silence. Everything we observe is described as we go, in ordinary language. You're welcome to ask questions at any point — before, during, or after the visit.
Clear pricing, no additions
Service prices are stated clearly before booking. If additional scope emerges during a visit, we discuss it first and give you the choice. Work only proceeds once you've agreed.
Work at your pace
Some homeowners want a detailed walkthrough; others prefer to leave us to it. We adapt. There's no pressure to be present for every step, and no pressure to make decisions quickly.
Over a decade of local experience
Since 2014, we've worked in homes across Kuala Lumpur. That history of local knowledge informs every visit — from understanding older installations to knowing what questions matter most.
Nothing left unverified
We test before we leave. Installations are confirmed working. Panel components are checked for correct operation. We don't assume — we verify.
Grounded in residential electrical work
Our team's experience is focused specifically on homes — not commercial fit-outs, not large-scale infrastructure. That focus means we understand the particular character of Malaysian residential installations: the wiring patterns from different building eras, the common causes of tripping circuits, the installation constraints in condominiums, and the workarounds that previous occupants may have left behind.
- Certified electricians under Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission Malaysia)
- Familiar with MS IEC 60364 wiring standards
- Experience across landed, high-rise, and older heritage properties
- Ongoing awareness of local regulation updates
A visit that follows a considered sequence
Before arriving, we review any details shared during booking. During the visit, we work through the agreed scope methodically — checking, testing, explaining, and noting as we go. No step is skipped to save time. After completing the work, we test what was installed or adjusted, review our notes with you, and leave the space tidy before departing.
- Pre-visit preparation based on your brief
- Methodical on-site sequence without shortcuts
- Post-completion testing before leaving
- Notes summarised and handed over
The right equipment for each task
We carry appropriate testing instruments to every visit — clamp meters, insulation testers, socket testers, and circuit identifiers. We use these to confirm what we're told by visual inspection. For panel work, we use proper isolation tools and follow lock-out procedures. We don't rely on guesswork or outdated equipment that cannot give reliable readings in modern homes.
- Calibrated testing instruments on every visit
- Proper isolation tools for panel intervention
- Suitable fixings and materials for each installation type
Communication that continues after the visit
We don't disappear once the job is complete. If questions arise after a panel visit, or if you want to talk through something in the notes, we respond. Most after-visit questions are answered within one working day. We also welcome calls before booking — sometimes a brief conversation is enough to establish whether a service is the right fit for what you need.
- Post-visit follow-up available at any time
- Pre-booking consultation by phone or email
- Response within one working day for written enquiries
Pricing that reflects the work, not a formula
Our three services have published prices that cover the full scope as described — there are no hidden call-out fees or charges for notes and labelling. For panel work, if the scope turns out to be smaller than expected, we adjust accordingly. We believe pricing should be a source of clarity, not a source of friction.
- Fixed, published prices per service
- No hidden call-out or documentation charges
- Scope adjustments discussed openly if work differs from estimate

Things you won't find everywhere
The walkthrough format
A room-by-room accompaniment focused on shared understanding is not a standard offering in residential electrical work. We designed it specifically for homeowners who want to feel informed, not just serviced.
Notes as a deliverable
The written record of a visit is treated as a proper deliverable — a document you can file, share with a property manager, or consult before commissioning further work. It's not an afterthought.
Options, not prescriptions
For panel work, we present what we find and describe the options — including the option to do nothing immediately. We recognise that different households weigh risk, cost, and timing differently.
Comfort with imported fittings
Many electricians decline imported or unconventionally wired fixtures. We assess each fitting on its own terms, advise on compatibility where needed, and can usually find a suitable installation path.
